1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Indifunds website (www.indifunds.com) and our services, you ("User," "Borrower," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Indifunds, a unit of Devdhan Narayana Finserv Private Limited (CIN: U66190UP2024PTC210110) ("Company," "We," "Our," "Us").
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be a citizen and resident of India
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not be barred by any court order from availing financial services
3. Account Registration
When you register for our services:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You may have only one account at a time
4. Services Offered
4.1 Currently Active Products:
- Personal Loan: ₹50,000 to ₹10,00,000 (6-36 months tenure)
- Business Loan: ₹2,00,000 to ₹50,00,000 (12-36 months tenure)
4.2 Upcoming Products:
- Payday Loan
- Salary Advance Loan
- Loan Against Property
- Loan Against Car
All services are subject to internal evaluation and approval by Indifunds.
5. Application Process
By applying for a loan:
- You authorize us to verify the information provided
- You consent to KYC verification through Aadhaar, PAN, and other documents
- You agree to provide additional documents as requested
- You understand that submission of application does not guarantee approval
- You authorize us to communicate with you regarding your application
6. Loan Approval and Disbursement
- Loan approval is at the sole discretion of Indifunds
- Approved loans will be disbursed directly to your registered bank account
- Disbursement is subject to completion of documentation and KYC
- We reserve the right to reject any application without disclosure of reasons
- A 3-day cooling-off period is provided post-disbursement
7. Repayment Obligations
As a borrower, you agree to:
- Repay the loan amount with applicable interest as per the schedule
- Maintain sufficient balance in your registered bank account for EMI deduction
- Pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes
- Inform us of any change in your contact details or bank account
- Not misuse the loan amount for illegal or unauthorized purposes
8. Interest Rates and Charges
- Interest rates range from 2% to 3% per month (subject to profile)
- Processing fee: 1% to 3% of loan amount + applicable GST
- All charges will be disclosed in the Key Fact Statement (KFS)
- Late payment penalty: 2% per month on overdue amount
- Bounce charges: ₹500 to ₹1,000 per instance
- Foreclosure charges: 2% to 5% of outstanding amount
9. Default and Recovery
In case of default:
- We reserve the right to declare the loan due immediately
- We may report defaults to credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax)
- Legal action may be initiated for recovery
- Recovery will be conducted as per RBI Fair Practice Code
- You will be liable for all legal costs and recovery expenses
10. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the service for illegal activities or money laundering
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to access our services
- Reverse engineer or modify our website or applications
- Engage in any activity that may harm our reputation
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website including:
- Logos, trademarks, and brand names
- Text, graphics, and images
- Software code and design elements
- Documents and templates
Are the exclusive property of Indifunds or Devdhan Narayana Finserv Pvt Ltd and protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate with third-party services for:

You agree to indemnify and hold Indifunds harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of our services
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services:
- For violation of these Terms
- For providing false information
- For non-payment of dues
- For any illegal activity
- At our sole discretion with appropriate notice
Termination does not affect your obligation to repay outstanding loans.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be:
- Posted on our website with updated date
- Notified to active users via email/SMS
- Effective upon posting
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
