Know your rights as a borrower and know where to complain. This is RBI's public awareness initiative; see rbikehtahai.rbi.org.in for details.

RBI Complaint Management System

For eligible complaints involving entities covered by the applicable RBI grievance framework, customers can access the RBI Complaint Management System, subject to applicable requirements.

IndiFunds / Relevant Entity→ Level 1→ Level 2→ RBI CMS*

*For complaints eligible under the applicable RBI framework and prescribed requirements.

As per RBI's published steps: first lodge your complaint with the entity and get an acknowledgement or reference number. If there is no resolution within 30 days, or you are not satisfied, you may file with the RBI Ombudsman on cms.rbi.org.in. Filing directly with the Ombudsman may lead to rejection. Frequently asked questions

How do I raise a query or complaint?

Use the official IndiFunds Contact page at indifunds.com/contact. You can also call +91 8595702470 or email support@indifunds.com, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

What details should I mention?

Please mention your Application ID, a short description of the issue and, if you are escalating, your previous complaint reference.

What if my concern is not resolved?

Escalate to the Level 2 Grievance Redressal Officer, Deepak Jha, at grievance@indifunds.com and mention your previous complaint / Application ID.

When can I approach the RBI?

RBI's published process says to complain to the entity first and keep the reference number. If there is no resolution in 30 days, or you are not satisfied, eligible complaints can be filed on cms.rbi.org.in. Whether this applies depends on the regulatory status of the entity and the nature of the complaint.

What is RBI Sachet?

Sachet is a separate RBI reporting mechanism for matters within its scope. It does not replace the IndiFunds grievance process.

Is there a complaint form on this page?

No. All queries and complaints go through the official IndiFunds Contact page.

Need to raise a query or complaint?

Use the official IndiFunds Contact page. Your query will go through the website's existing contact workflow rather than a separate form on this grievance page.
